Boards and boxes need 72 hours’ notice. Grazing tables and events need longer — send the date as soon as you have it, even if nothing else is settled.

No minimum for boards and boxes. VIP Cups ordered for an event start at ten. Grazing tables have their own starting size, on the grazing tables page.

Yes, up to 48 hours before the date. After that we have already bought and prepped for it, so the order stands. Tell us as early as you can either way.

Sometimes. It depends what is already booked that week — ask, and we will tell you straight away whether we can.

Card, taken securely through Stripe. Boards and boxes are paid in full when you order. A grazing table takes a 50% deposit to hold the date, and the balance is due seven days before. Nothing is owed when you send an inquiry.

Not at the moment — everything is delivered. If collection would be much easier for you, ask and we will tell you where that stands.

Henrico and the Richmond area, roughly 25 miles out — Henrico, Chesterfield, Glen Allen, Short Pump, Midlothian, Bon Air, Mechanicsville, Ashland and Chester among them. Further out is usually still possible; ask and we will tell you the travel fee before you decide.

A flat delivery fee within the service area, quoted travel beyond it. You see the figure before you confirm, never after.

Yes. Send the venue name and the contact there, and we deal with them directly about access and timing.

A long table laid end to end with food, instead of a board carried round on a tray — cheeses, cured meats, fruit, breads and something sweet, arranged with greenery and height. Guests help themselves through the evening.

Intimate is for 12 to 20 guests, Gathering for 20 to 60, and Celebration for 60 and up. As a rule we work to the table you have; tell us its length and we will tell you what fits on it.

We arrive about 90 minutes before your guests. Long enough to build and style it without rushing, and to be gone before your guests arrive.

Either. We can come back and clear it, or leave everything with you. Breakdown and collection are included with Celebration; on any other table, add it when you book.

Yes — 25 miles from Henrico is the usual reach. Beyond that a travel fee applies, and you see the figure before you confirm.

Vegetarian, yes, on any size. For vegan boards, ask and we will tell you what we can do for your date.

Gluten-free crackers and breads can replace the standard ones on any board. See the allergy answer above for what we cannot promise.

Yes. Small cards naming each cheese and meat, at no extra cost. Useful at a table where nobody knows what they are eating.

Around 30 to 45 minutes before. Soft cheeses are better a little short of room temperature than warm, so later is safer than earlier.

Flat in the fridge, covered, and out again 30 to 45 minutes before you serve. Do not stack anything on top of it.

Two hours at room temperature — the limit for food that needs refrigeration, not a guess. After that the fruit and soft cheeses go first; anything left should go back in the fridge rather than out again later.

For grazing tables and events, yes — they are ours and we collect them. Boards and boxes are yours to keep unless we say otherwise when you order.
